Tom Danny started kodeka and leads us through every challenge that comes our way. He also goes straight into the projects, and spends a lot of time gathering ideas with the team.
He spends far too much time on how Google and the AI services choose what to show. The performance numbers, the llms.txt file, the visibility check and the gates that stop our build all come from there.
If you have a project that won't fit a template, he's usually the one who says whether it can be done.
